Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, QuantumCoders Data Solutions' total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
Client data and project materials remain the property of the client. Our methodologies, tools, and processes remain the property of QuantumCoders Data Solutions.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
